It was close to the station and the young lady at the counter was very friendly.

We had great instructions for coming in late in the evening. The location for coming in by train could not be better. The room was a little warm, so it would have been nice to have a top sheet on the bed so we could remove the duvet.

It was good, nice location and people working in the hotel.
The cleaning in the morning could be better, the bed was done but the floor and furniture not washed

We were very happy with our stay at the hotel apart from problems with the bathroom. The room was very nicely decorated and was comfortable. WIFI in the room was disappointing. The hotel is very well situated, close to bus and train connections, close to harbour and city centre and not far from beach. The young lady at the reception who also assisted in breakfast room was very helpful.

The position of the hotel was perfect, the room confortable and warm. Breakfast was fine and basic. The receptionists were all nice and kind.
